Memorial Service Policy

Few things are as painful or difficult as the days after the loss of a loved one. Our sympathies are with you. It is our privilege to assist you in honoring your loved one and to provide a place of comfort for you and your family.
Community Bible Church makes its Chapel and Auditorium spaces available for memorial services. Our memorial coordinator will walk you through the details.
Our Auditorium and Chapel spaces are beautiful, well-maintained, and can accommodate almost any technical needs you may have for your memorial service. We do not charge a facilities fee to members of Community. Please accept this as our gift to you. For those who are not members of Community Bible Church, we do charge the following:

Personnel Expenses
In addition to the facilities fee, we ask that both members and non-members of Community compensate our staff who must be present to provide their services at your memorial service. This covers the cost of our memorial coordinator, officiant, sound technician, and cleaning crew.

Our sound technicians can play music over the sound system or run sound for live musicians, but if you would like to hire our live musicians, that will be an additional fee to be discussed with the memorial coordinator.
