Memorial Service Policy

Few things are as painful or difficult as the days after the loss of a loved one. Our sympathies are with you. We would be honored to help you honor the person you love and to offer a place of comfort.
Community Bible Church makes its Chapel and Auditorium spaces available for memorial services. Our funeral coordinator will walk with you through the details.
Our Auditorium and Chapel spaces are beautiful, well-maintained, and able to handle almost any technical needs you may have for your memorial service. For those who are not members of Community Bible Church we do charge $1500.00 for the use of our Chapel (seating capacity of 200) and $2000.00 for the use of our Auditorium (seating capacity of 900). We do not charge a facilities fee to members of Community. Please accept this as our gift to you.
In addition to the facilities fee, we ask both members and non-members of Community to compensate our staff that must be present to provide their services at your memorial. This covers the cost of our funeral coordinator, officiant, sound technician, and cleaning crew. The cost is $750.00 for the Chapel or $950.00 for the Auditorium. Our sound technicians can play music over the sound system, or run sound for live musicians, but if you would like to hire our live musicians, that will be an additional fee, to be discussed with the funeral coordinator.
